I love our new Dunkin in town. Great staff and very fast for early morning rush
We went to get breakfast this morning. Most of the girls were nice except for the one older lady with short hair. She was rude... to the employees as well as us. When we got my drink, we got the food next. Same number on the drink and bag. The order insidewas wrong for our bagel to which we politely informed them. The lady insisted that we got the wrong order. When we informed hereverything else in the bag was correct, just the bagel, she looked in another bag nearby to say it was because the order was inthat bag. She thrust the bag into my mom's hands and walked off. Normally, I don't care about a wrong order. It's an easy fixand things can be stressful working in a food environment so I don't mind waiting for the right order. However, the lady whoseemed to be in charge was very rude when we pointed it out. When we got in the car, it still wasn't right. The bagel type waswrong.. How do you sell hot tea and discontinue the lemons for the tea?
