The food was alright. Even though it was a pick up order. They just kept walking around not really doing anything just looking... around and would glance. After about five minutes with no one in the store or asking me about my order she just walks up andhands it to me. No questions. I paid for a bundle of cookies with my order and only got 8. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are very slow at taking orders and preparing orders. Orders are 80% of the time wrong... or just messed up. Food there after 8pm is trash just throw the whole McDonald's away too many lazy people. The food is cookedway before its serving time which is usually expired way before being served. They obviously don't use the proper temperaturemachine and timers that are to be set when food is put in place. Managers and employees have major attitude problems like itsyour fault they don't want to be at work. Needs new management ASAP. Read more
The worst McDonald's ever! Went through the drive thru and they messed up my order. Went inside to get it fixed. Kitchen... employees had an attitude when they were asked to fix it. Ended up getting my money back because of their attitudes. Read more
Soggy lukewarm fries not seasoned, chicken nuggets not fresh, forgot condiments, sauces and napkins. I know realistically what... to expect from Mc D?s and this was a very poor experience. Read more
Worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Took 20 mins at the window just to order, $40 later we had 2 meals wrong, 4 missing... drinks. They asked what sauces we wanted when we ordered 4 chicken nugget meals and then gave us none of them, not even theketchup. When we went and asked for the ketchup and ranch we ordered they gave me 4 ketchup packs for 6 meals and said we wouldhave to pay extra for any additional ones. Worst service ever, no apology, no attempt to make it right, even rolled eyes at uswhen we asked them to correct the meals they made wrong. I ordered breakfast on the machine because it was available, and it didn?t take card and it said to go to the counter to pay for... my order. 20 minutes later a lady with short hair comes to the counter and I told her i was waiting to pay for my order. Shethen rudely said ?we?re not cooking breakfast anymore?. I explained back to her ?the machine wouldn?t take card but I orderedwhen it was breakfast, and I?ve been waiting for my order to be taken?. She then just told me again they weren?t cookingbreakfast and I should?ve used another machine because the one I used didn?t work, despite the fact there was no sign on themachine saying it didn?t work.
