Said you guys were open at 10am. I showed up a few minutes prior. Sat in the drive through 10am-10:15 waiting for someone. Then... attempted to go inside. There were obviously staff inside but no one opened the door and acknowledge me. I also attempted tocall and no one answered. Ending up leaving after attempting for 20 minutes. Read more

Staff is Quick and always in a good mood!...... Update: I'm editing this review because in all my visits I've never had such... horrible experience... One staff (person in charge) was so rude by rolling her eyes and walking away as to ignore me in midsentence. I went in and and began to tell her how ice cold my "hot turkey burger" was, I wasn't upset, I just needed a hotsandwich, aside from getting my order wrong I still wasn't upset. I think people who can't deal with a little misshap every nowand then should not be in customer service! I am in retail management and no way in heck would I allow this to happen at mystore. Only 2 people working but they rocked it out food was delicious and super friendly service despite being so short staffed.
Arby's is one of the more unique fast food restaurants, and caters the most to people who like sliced roast beef and/or crispy... chicken sandwiches. Though the shakes are fantastic and are really cheap comparatively, and mozzarella sticks are a nice sideoption. The staff here are quick at their jobs and are also nice. The inside of the restaurant is nice and well cleaned. Read more
