I went to order my food to go inside and the dining room was closed so as I was looking at the menu online while waiting in... drive-thru line when I got to order I ordered a sourdough King and I was told that they no longer make them even though theyshow it online that they have it then I ordered a quarter pounder King with bacon they didn't give me the quarter pounder teamwith bacon it was a quarter pounder King for the price I paid for the food I'm not very happy I'm probably won't be going back Read more

Waited in the drive-thru at the intercom for 10 minutes! An employee did come out to start his car while we were waiting to... order. ??????????? When we finally ordered waited at the pay/ pick-up window for 15 minutes. Empty inside restaurant and onlyone car anywhere near us the entire time! The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the lady at the window was nice andaccommodating. Read more

When we ordered our food it was wrong. While looking for a place to sit and eat, none of the tables or seats were cleaned. There... was flies everywhere, it was unsanitary. We can definitely say we will NOT be going there again. Read more
Unfortunately the service has led me to leave a review, which i seldom do. The dining room being closed, the employees told me... to walk the drive thru. Which is fine! I had no vehicle, and was staying across the street at the double tree hotel. Theemployees did not take their time to take my order and i felt very rushed. Upon recieving my food, i had a feeling they did nothear my order properly, sure enough, my burger was wrong. I apoligized to the employees for giving them trouble, did not get aresponse. I returned the burger, and then I received a junior kids cheeseburger, but paid for the big burger. Frustruated, i didnot wish to trouble the employeed further. This Burger King location is incredibly inconsistent, which is unfortunate as I have had good experiences here in the past.... Recently they have made bad food. The employees also don't seem to give a darn, which seems to be the cause. I ordered a KindSourdough plain and they gave it to me with onions on it and burnt buns. I asked for them to remake it and they gave me the backsame sandwich with onions still on it. A simple remake or a properly made sandwich would have really made it fine. And though itmight be minor they didn't have ketchup either. Read more
I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Not only did it come cold and with only two floppy pieces of bacon, it also had no... egg. Cold croissant. Cold bacon. Cold cheese. No egg.
