Ordered a mocha coffee and it came luke warm and tasted nothing like the other mocha coffees I've ordered here before. It tastes... like old microwaved coffee. I already had driven away, otherwise I would've went in and asked for a new one. Very disappointingafter how much it costs. Very yummy breakfast options. My favorite is the egg soufflé. Drinks are also very good. Lots of hot, cold, coffee, teas,... and more. Used the drive through which was fast and friendly. Read more

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! my family and I frequented this location often, we've typically been semi satisfied with the service (more... times than none employees are rude) ... but we still didn't hesitate. We are loyalty members and loooove our coffee. .... buuutwhen I last visited a few days ago, the girl who took my order was way beyond rude. She had a very sour attitude and keptcutting me off before i could finish my order! She seemed to be upset about something, or maybe just having a bad day. But thisis no reason to take it out on your customers, this was very unpleasant, makes a person not want to visit there. Read more
This is our first time visiting a Caribou coffee. We were helped by Linda- who was extremely helpful and friendly and offered... recommendations as well as explained things on the menu for us. Inside the shop is comfortable- they have plenty of indoorseating. There?s even a cozy fire place inside. We ordered two hot medium caramel high rises from here. Delicious. I hopeduring our road trip we can visit more Caribou Coffees to try different flavors. We?ll miss being helped by Linda though :) ?? Read more
First time had Caribou Coffee here, and oh my god, it was amazing. My boyfriend took me here to try their stuff and it is as... amazing as Starbucks. Their drinks are made amazingly. Service was great too! Read more
