Slow service. Malt all melted by the time it got to our table. Food cold. The famous butterburger the burger was super super... thin, the slice of cheese was thicker. You couldn't even taste that you were eating a burger. Read more
I recently reviewed a Culver's in Eden Prairie, Minnesota but today I was at Bemidji, Minnesota Culver's. I had a much better... experience here in Bemidji because I think the prices are lower here. Same great food, but a lower price. Either that or we wereover-charged at the other location. Prices today were on a par with MacDonalds, etc. We were very happy! Read more
Food tasted like it smelled-rancid. There was a trail of grease from the kitchen out the entry door to the drive up delivery... area. The restaurant tables-chairs-counters and floors were covered in sticky goo. The entire drink area was filthy. Orders wereslow and employees stood around playing with their phones. I ordered a turtle Sundae and a shake. Of course we love Culver's and their food is a treat. We waited for fifteen minutes or... more. Everyone behind us was getting served. I went in the store to ask about our order. They had the desserts sitting in acooler. I asked why we were waiting so long. He said the new policy said they don't bring out ice cream unless there is foodwith the order. I find this very ridiculous and not what I would call a good business practice. I'm very disappointed. Thatwas such a long wait. I'll order McDonalds next time. They make great hot fudge Carmel sundaes and they will give you dessertwithout ordering food. Read more

One of the few places that I have found that serves a tasty gluten-free (GF) burger - I enjoy my butter burger on the top bun... open-faced and have not had any adverse reactions! (I have only had their burgers.) It's nice to be able to have a safe optionfor a quick bite to eat! Read more

Our custard was pretty melted when we got it but it was also pretty busy for a Sunday. Service was excellent
