Is Jimmy John's known far and wide for messing up online orders? Because I just moved to this town, 300 miles from my "old new... normal" cesspool. Oh anyway this place messed up a couple on my 1st and only order so far. I will continue to eat here butprobably best I go in. Read more
They were unfortunately short staffed when I stopped by, but that didn't make the staff unfriendly. I really appreciate that.... The sandwich was great as always, Jimmy John's is the best sandwich chain in the country. Thank you, hopefully when you're backto full staff you can reward your hardworking employees, they deserve it. Read more
I always stop here when we visit Bemidji. They are short staffed (like everyone else) and closed weekends, and today I had to... walk through the drive thru because the lobby is closed, but the staff were friendly, fast and my food was awesome as it alwaysis when I get it! Good food. Good service. Please number the wrappers when giving multiple sandwiches in an order. Please at time of order ask if... the customer wants the combo or just the sandwich. Just a couple simple tips that could go a long way in customer satisfaction. Read more
