People are so rude, it's as if they're so unhappy with their job. Most of the managers have such nasty attitude when you... question your order even if you are super nice another situation they always find a way to make a scene! It's terrible customerservice in both bemidji location. Kids or not... I would not recommend, not exposing young kids to that. Read more

I have never been so upset leaving a fast food restaurant. I do not expect much, as it?s McDonald?s. But I went through the... drive through and was asked to pull around as my food would take a few minutes. I waited 30 minutes and then parked my car andwent inside. I was then ignored for 10 minutes until a manager came back inside. I was told my food was given to someone else. Read more

Employee charged me for a drink that I didn?t order, but most of all. A smushed SPIDER on my burger?!? Absolutely disgusting.
The people were super friendly and the kids were stoked about the play place, however, the dining room and kitchen area stink... like old coagulated grease! It could really use a deep clean. The kids area gets cleaned every four hours and the difference insmell is astounding. Read more
Went there last night to order a filet of fish and 2 apple pies. After sitting in the drive through line for 15 minutes and it... not moving, went inside and ordered. I spent the next 30 minutes standing in line with no one in front of me. After waiting 30minutes they gave me my sandwich but said they had no apple pies. It seemed the kitchen was being ran by teenagers who didn?tcare, grease was splattered around in a dirty kitchen and there was as nobody keeping things organized It was almost laughablehow unorganized and chaotic it was.
