Food was cold. Didnt get silverware until well AFTER food was brought out. Asked for refills and napkins several times without... receiving. 2 seperate orders of pancakes and NO syrup was brought out. Asked for syrup that took another 5 minutes. Ordered 2ndorder of mac and cheese, 20 minutes later we just left. They gave us 10 percent discount.... BAD customer service. I have wentto Perkins several times a year for years, I will not be returning anytime soon. Read more

I don't ever leave reviews in general but my goodness, if I could leave negative stars I would. We walked in got seated pretty... quickly. We ordered and it took over 45 minutes to get our food and there was only two other tables. I don't like to bashbusinesses but the food was terrible and expensive and the service was poor. You could literally taste the dirty grill. I wasgoing to just walk out without paying but my wife insisted otherwise. It was our anniversary and we have history there. Theplace was a mess and nobody was working. Idk what happened to this chain. Pretty sad. I'll go back for coffee but that's it. Read more

Wait staff has to remember to check on their customers more than once during the whole time that customer is there and with the... new cook they just recently got he needs to learn to fully cook items. The bacon was soggy and not really crispy the hash brownswere a tiny bit browned mainly white in color and tasted like they were not cooked and when a sandwich is to be made with ryebread he should use rye bread and nut marble rye bread. Long wait, inattentive staff, drinks never refilled, food made wrong... multiple times. Read the reviews...This is not a one... time issue, it goes back months. I did feel bad because there were staff that was obviously upset with what was happening. I'mtired of everyone saying the lack of customer service is a lack of staff. This place was staffed. They had no training ordirection. Shame on the owner for allowing it to run like this and not address the issues. Read more

My wife and I went to restaurant. There was no one at door or a sign saying wait to be seated so we went in and seated... ourselves. Next thing a young guy came to our table and basically scolded us for seating ourselves then walked away afterdropping 2 menus. We waited about 10 to 15 minutes more and no one ever came to our table. Worst conduct and service we haveencountered. Tired of hearing lack of staff, people over worked. Let's smarten up and either close the place or getting itrunning the way your chain used to. We walked out and walked by 2 employees and no one spoke. TERRIBLE... Read more

Terrible food & service! I generally only post good reviews but this was beyond unbelievable & would NOT recommend!!! Only 5... tables full in restaurant, 2 already had there food, there appeared to be three servers a person behind the counter and abusser. It took 45 minutes for three of us to get our food! My husband's turkey dinner was cold with about a tablespoon of gravyon it and missing the stuffing, the asparagus was non existent looked like grass clippings, my daughter and I got French toastthat was ice cold the butter Iwould not even melt! My husband sent his plate back at the same time we asked for boxes told herthe food was cold and not edible. She sent the busser out with a new plate and boxes we never saw our server again!!?! My wife and I stopped here last Sunday for a quick bite before continuing our road trip. I really wanted some breakfast food so... I ordered an omelet. There were no other customers waiting for food and it took 45 minutes for our food to come out. Andeverything was cold except for the potatoes. The only reason this is two stars instead of one is because the waitress was nice. Read more

I would give more stars, but unfortunately, due to staffing issues, orders were backed up extensively. After 45 minutes... waiting, we canceled our order and had muffins. They were great! They had the only cook leave during the busy time, and thestaff did the best they could to make the orders. Hats off to them. They were very accommodating. I will go back, hopefullythey have the answer to staffing everyone is looking for. Read more
