Sparkling Waters is easily a 10/10 restaurant. The drinks and food are amazing, and you get exactly what you pay for. They... actually have quite a lot of affordable dishes as well. The owners are awesome, and their son was our waiter. He's great, and wehad a great experience there. I can say they have good wines to choose from, incredible ice cream and cake, as well as fantasticsandwiches. We like to dine out while camping and while at Lake Bemidji state park, the first criteria when looking for a restaurant was... friendly a dog-friendly patio. We were attracted to the Sparkling Waters for their menu options, as a Midwest favorite I wantedwalleye. However once we saw the menu, we selected prime rib lettuce wraps from the happy hour menu and prime rib wrappedasparagus and walleye fingers from the shareable menu along with side salads.
