Sparkling Waters is easily a 10/10 restaurant. The drinks and food are amazing, and you get exactly what you pay for. They... actually have quite a lot of affordable dishes as well. The owners are awesome, and their son was our waiter. He's great, and wehad a great experience there. I can say they have good wines to choose from, incredible ice cream and cake, as well as fantasticsandwiches. I'm surprised it took me this long to try out the place, and I look forward to going there in the future. Read more

We like to dine out while camping and while at Lake Bemidji state park, the first criteria when looking for a restaurant was... friendly a dog-friendly patio. We were attracted to the Sparkling Waters for their menu options, as a Midwest favorite I wantedwalleye. However once we saw the menu, we selected prime rib lettuce wraps from the happy hour menu and prime rib wrappedasparagus and walleye fingers from the shareable menu along with side salads. My ribeye was cooked right and tasted great. The garlic mashed potatoes hit the spot. I wish I had a bit more, and you can see... how few of green beans we have. Haha. Our party of four had reservations for dinner and Reva & Doug, the owners, treated us like royalty. Along with our most gracious... server Emily we enjoy the stuff Mushrooms as our appetizer along with their craft beer. Our delicious dinners included thebattered Walleye, Salmon and Prime rib entrees with salads and veggies. A restaurant worth visiting when your in town enjoyingthe town's activities. Read more
