The last two times I ate here its been so good, they even ask to make sure it looks good! Today this lady was working by herself... and getting busy. She was still fast and made sure rhe Sammy was made well. She kindly told everyone she had to get her breadput it so it would be a little while 8-9 minutes. Well to start off it was kinda hard to get the staff's attention. I mean I stood there for a few minutes and said to my wife... should I say hello to get their attention. Once again another thing where if I could post 0 stars I would. But my mom went to this subway last night to order her sub and... there is a nice younger gurl there who is making her sandwich perfectly unroll the very end where she made a small mistake andput the wrong dressing on. It was a dressing that had grapes in it which my mom is allergic to. So my mom asks for anothersandwich of course as she can't eat it without dying. My mom is also having a blood sugar crash at this time and then this olderlady at the counter keeps denying her allergy and is demanding the money and being a flat out b*tch about it. With my mom'sblood sugar crashing and her allergies which she didn't want in the first place my mom walked out in tears because of this rudelady. I cannot stress enough how much this lady NEEDS to be fired because 1. She is rude 2. But more importantly she ignoresallergies which could lead to someone being killed at some point. Overall not impressed I have seen some rude workers at subwaybut this person tops the list. If anyone knows the manager's number that would be greatly appreciated. Read more
Just got back home from this subway in Walmart and I am so angry I can't think straight. The lady that made our sandwiches was... so rude and disrespectful. Not once did she smile, when I said hello she glared at me and said nothing. She slammed oursandwiches around, had a terrible attitude that I requested more than one sandwich to be made. I can't even put into words howshort, disrespectful, rude, and ignorant this girl was. And it wasn't just to my grandmother and i, she was rude to the othercustomers as well. I wanted to just chew her out and walk away from eating here, but I decided to just continue ordering my foodand leave it to corporate to handle.
