The workers are paranoid, I?m native just minding my own business eating, the guy asks if I?m gonna rob his car, like really... man? He moves it while I?m eating inside, guess sitting next to it while eating inside is suspicious. Or maybe he got robbedbefore idk, but to say I?m gonna rob his car is just outright disrespectful. Been getting subway for lunch for almost a year and the staff quality has went down drastically, before they made subs the way... we asked and read notes when placing online and always had subs ready when they were suppose to. Withing the last 2 weeks I'vebeen late returning to work because I sat at subway for 30 minutes for a sub that I had to teach the kid what to put on it thefirst time and second time they were busy but thats because the same kid takes 7 minutes minimum to make a sandwich which isinsane. Today I placed an online order thinking, I'd give them time to make it can't be late back. I gave them 45 minutes tomake it then went on lunch and when I got their they had 2 customers with 3 employees and haven't even started my sub. Sat theirfor anthor 10 minutes and got ignored and didn't ask if I was waiting on sub which I clearly was. Will not ever be going back tothis establishment and hope the manger reaches out to me so I can let her know on how horrible the place is now being run.Hopefully the other sibways are better just annoying having to drive across town when their a subway right next to where I work. We're fairly certain my husband got food poisoning from this location. We ate at Subway on Tuesday evening, 7/13/21. He was the... only one who got lettuce on his sandwich. By Wednesday, he was terribly sick with stomach cramping, diarrhea, tingling fingers,and a fever that reached 104.3 degrees. This lasted through Thursday, and he's still not 100% today. Went on Friday, June 19th at 3:25. (Subway on 1317Paul Bunyan Drive). Ordered sandwich and a bottle of Diet Coke. As I was... leaving, decided to use rest room?it was filthy! No toilet paper, fecal ring around toilet. YUCK! Down the the road I removedmy Diet Coke and discovered it had previously been opened! About 1/5 was gone! GROSS. So disgusting and unacceptable. Absolutely the worst customer service I?ve ever had. It took almost 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge us. There were flies... everywhere and every single table was incredibly dirty.
