Not okay with customer service! I have heavily praised to management when they have an employee that does a great job. As I... often do at any place I see good workers... I have only twice had a significant reason to formally complain... and now is one ofthem... failure to meet satisfaction of a food order is only a small part... those things happen... but calling to talk aboutit.... well.... I called to discuss the order we doordashed. First the man denied ever making the sandwich order, but when heasked on the specific reasons the order want satisfactory I could tell it was defensive... He flipped out insisting I was lyingabout how it was unsatisfactory even Swearing at me. When I insisted(calmly) that he calm down even asked that he to act like aman, (i deal with children all day) he told me he was more man then I could handle...I let aditude slide and we proceeded to tryand discuss the situation ,but he couldn't hear anything about it without getting horribly defensive, yelling, and swearing atme... he kept yelling that the toaster was broken, I kept insisting that he calm down and when I asked him his name he hung upon me... I have worked in customer service, I have never and would never speak to anyone like that... and I get that post covidthe world is dealing with masses of short staffing issues... but this does not in any way excuse this kind of behavior... Extremely slow service and mice were running around the outskirts of the building, as we ordered at the drive up. My son... recorded the humor (as it was so long a wait) and the mice were hilariously frantic, looking like they wanted revenge aftergetting the boot from their home inside. Guessing rhe lobby renovation work drove them out of their home?... Did not leavefeeling hungry anymore. Read more

Lies about hours of operation. Rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate. Waste of space. Walked here, website said they'd be open but... we arrived to a man shaking his head no and not allowing us to come inside. Despite the open sign still being on and onlinestating they would be open. Incredibly poor customer service. Simply not okay. Thanks for nothing Subway. Read more

The 2 employees that were holding down the place also made my experience stress free, ordering 3 subs by myself for 3 dif people... that weren't me is a bit extra for my liking but I didn't have to worry. Very clean inside too Read more

Ordered two chopped salads. The salads weren?t chopped at all. Usually, the chopped salads are amazing and cut to perfection.... Not this time. Plus, They had no cesar dressing. It was a disappointing salad. Read more

The lady that took my order was very nice and welcoming. She was there all by herself and had to set up the food and books by... herself while opening at 9am. She was very kind, if it was me doing all that I know I couldn't have been in such a good mood.You have very good staff and it's subway, you can't go wrong with the food. Read more

I give up... I have always loved Subway, but this one is killing it for me. I've been here at least three times when they have... told me they were all out of bread except for white and wheat. Today I was there and ordered my sandwich from the drive thru.The gal asked me twice what kind of cheese I wanted. When I got to the window I waited for a solid 5 minutes after she put mysandwich up. When she finally came back to the window, she asked what i had because she couldnt remember, when i told her shementioned the wrong cheese, so I corrected her. She had, in fact, made my sandwich wrong and said she would make a new one... Iwaited another 10 minutes, I was seriously watching the clock by now as I was on my lunch break. At the 10 minute mark, anothergal came and asked what I wanted because she was going to make it quickly. There were now 4 cars behind me in the drive thru!!So they were still taking orders and not making mine! When I finally got it back to the office, I opened it up (having littlefaith it would be right) and it is one sad looking sub! Very few toppings, no dressings, all together pretty pitiful. This wassupposed to be a chicken, bacon, ranch melt... chicken, bacon, RANCH! There's no ranch, virtually no spinach that I ordered, 21/2 slices of tomato on a footlong, and completely missing 2 other veggies that I ordered! I think these folks need to slow downand take one topping at a time instead of trying to take the full order. Needless to say, if I decide to go back it won't bethrough the drive thru!! Read more
