So I walked in, the lady was short, and asked what order I was picking up. I said I'm here to place an order. She responds "no,... it's going to be awhile before I can get to you, I've got 9 other orders." I just left. Why would I want to spend my moneywhere I'm not welcome? Read more
Tried this location a couple of times. Both times they messed up the order. First time I ordered from them I ordered Salami &... Feta, they forgot the feta, which was annoying as you pay extra for a "premium topping". Second order they brought me one of mypizzas correct, my chicken bites were burnt, like almost black burnt, and a completely wrong second pizza. They did redeliverthat pizza but it came 40 minutes later. It really is a shame because I love Domino's but this location has some qualityissues. Read more
Garlic bread wasn't cooked. Nothing was warm. Waited for over 20 mins and was just offered a free 20 oz coke.
I grew up in the north east. Dominos was not a go to pizza. This location is a good place for a pizza fix. The staff is helpful... and courteous. Texas is healthy with all types of food. Dominos may not be a #1 for some. The taste/flavor has definitelychanged from.my youth. If you need a good pizza fix give them a try. It's worth the try. Read more
I ordered a Ultimate Pepperoni, plus ital sausage and diced toms. The pizza I paid for had ZERO Pepperoni on it. I called the... Benbrook Tx store (#6967), and the employee I talked to had little interest in my complaint and ended up hanging up on me. NOTHAPPY!!!! Read more
I understand times are rough trying to get workers but seriously. Do not order from this location, computer system automatically... changed my order to a timed one. No call from store and than then they asked if I could come and pick it up after I called them.Domino you have lost a customer forever. Read more
The last three or more times that I have gotten pizza from them they don?t give you hardly any toppings you pay for them but you... don?t get them. This store owes me a $30 credit for delivering my pizzas to the wrong address. I tried calling to place an order and was on hold... 2 different times for over 15 minutes. Never had my call answered by the store. I guess I?m not going to get a pizza. Read more
