It is very frustrating that I went through the drive through and purchased $28.83 of food. When I pulled up to the window and... paid for my food. The female employee after she gave me my receipt. She just started playing on her cell phone. When I got home,I checked my order and of course it was wrong, and they forgot some items that I paid for. I will never go back to thislocation. Read more
Tried to eat here at 12:30-ish in the afternoon on a Saturday. I was greeted by an employee with tattoos all over his face... smoking a cigarette right outside the front door who rudely informed me that they were closed because they were short staffedand had been slammed all day. The dining area had plenty of customers but by no means slammed. No less, he informed me that theywould no longer be taking further food orders...at just a little after noon on a Saturday. Menu was completely broken and the ?employee? was mad that I let them know, ?so what, what do you want.? I don?t frequent Taco... Bueno, so I just guessed then had tacos. When I got to the window I asked if there was a written menu or if they were going toput one up so people could order. The employee could care less, threw my card back at me. Needless to say I won?t eat the food Iwas given. I?m sure it was messed with. I went inside to talk to a manager and she seemed to take the issue at face value. Iwasn?t looking for anything, just wanted to someone to know it was broken since the drive through person clearly wasn?t going todo anything. She offered a refund (which i didn?t think was was fair without returning the food) she said she would take thefood, which I was happy to do since I wasn?t going to eat it anyway. Read more
Idk why I expected this taco bueno to be better then others since it was in Benbrook. It?s impossible to go and not have... something missing. Literally half my order was missing last time (I?m not joking, missing 2 tacos, a muchaco, and chips andqueso). That and they barley add any meat on the food anyways. This bueno is a joke. There?s a bueno that used to be open at thegas station off 20 going towards Weatherford and it was always great. But they?re closed. Obv Bueno isn?t high quality food, butit?s not even worth calling quality. Read more
The menu has changed. I maybe had a tablespoon of refried beans and a tablespoon of guacamole and 2 tablespoons of rice. +2... tacos. Also, the guacamole taste mixed with something else it just wasn?t the same and the fried beans weren?t refried as theother franchises actually cook their beans. Very disappointed and I sent them an email and they have not responded. I will goback to the Mc cart store better food it?s a different franchise. Read more
Waited in line for over 30 minutes. Got to window finally. Watched my food sit on a counter for another 10 minutes while the... manager or order taker talked with dining guests. No sense of urgency. Very slow service I told them this is unacceptable. Foodwas mediocre at best. Taco Bueno is no bueno for me! Read more
Not the best experience. Asked what choices of meat were available for the mucho nachos ( menu states with your choice of meat )... and were told ground beef. So we ordered the mucho nachos and a cheeseburger quesadilla. If someone likes chips with little tono cheese sauce, a sprinkle of meat and a squirt of sour cream, they might like the nachos. I was not impressed. Thecheeseburger quesadilla was gross looking and the beef patty was about a 1/4 the size of the tortillas. Every others fast foodplace nearby had lines in the drive thru...we were the only ones at Taco No Bueno. I don't expect a gourmet meal from a tacoplace, but got to at least try a little bit harder. There was no one in the drive thru at all when we pulled up to the menu bored. The place was completely dead. We sat there for a... while before they finally answered us. I was starting to get upset and then they finally answered us but told us to wait longer.We waited so long my husband was like let?s go. That?s ridiculous, I?m not gona leave just bc they don?t feel like doing theirjobs. So we waited. When they finally took our order the women was rude and had a attitude. Read more
