The guy at the drive thu gave me the most unexcited greeting that I'm sure is the bare minimum of Wendy's expectations. He... sounded like he was in the middle of killing himself. I pulled up for my frosty and noticed he made 1 and set it on top of themachine. The next one was mine. I saw it coming out and it was pouring out like a milkshake not something frozen. He served itto me anyway and sure enough, it wouldn't even stay on the spoon. I get it that things get broken but just tell me it's broken.Don't serve me what I didn't order. Wow. Customer service and friendly staff do still exist. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the staff here. Spacious... and open dining area. Food was great. They even got my special order right. What a nice change. This spot is outside of mynormal area, but when you're in the mood for a little Wendy's fare, it will be worth the drive. Read more
The people who work are rude and not nice AT ALL! My dad told them have a good day at the end and the guy shut the window on his... face. If they?re so unhappy with their job they need to find something else. They need training on cleanliness and hospitalitybecause I found a hair in my burger!! Read more
Forgot to make sure I got my debit card back. I did not realize until hours later. I tried calling but no answer. So I drive... there and they ask what's the name on the card, we have a bunch. This happened a few weeks ago, just now getting around towriting about it. Read more
This place still has their lobby closed. The salad I got I ordered online bc I was planning to eat inside and the app allowed to... order for dine in even their lobby is closed . I say that because the temperature of the salad was not safe when I received itfrom dt. If this place does feel it safe to open the lobby up just close the location up and put customers out of their ownmisery. Read more
We had a misunderstanding at the drive up. The person working the window said they couldn't give me a salad without cheese... because "They are premade." I knew that, but everywhere else they will make me one. When I got to the window the young man saidhe would have made me one except he didn't like my attitude. Yeah, I was frustrated and a bit hangry. He misunderstood what Isaid at the ordering kiosk, but still, to say that to me... They kept slamming the window. Then they made me wait for my change.Maybe if the window people are trained to not refuse to make an order? Eating cheese causes me 3 days of sharp abdominal pain.Every other Wendy's I have ever been to was way more accommodating. Needless to say I won't be going back there. Read more
Very sad .. me and my wife stop by Wednesday night after church on our way home both got jr. bacon got home and as you see in... the pic one yes one lil strip of bacon and NO .. lettuce on both of them so sad . This is why I eat lunch at Chick-fil-A everyday best service you can get my lunch is always right and the ppl are always friendly. Read more
