I give it 5 stars because the customer service on Friday night 7/15 was amazing the young lady at the front has a customer... service winning smile! she was very polite and the cook was amazing they actually cooked the chicken the way I like it whenordered cooked hard! Service was fast! My only complaint was my chicken didn't have enough of the season on it but overall thefries was not salty and perfect! My cheat day was worth it???? Read more

This is the 2nd time we've ordered from this location and the fries have been too salty to enjoy. This time we ordered light... seasoning on the fries and they were still soooo salty. Ordered online today at 1:30pm and prepaid. Went to the door and it was locked and nobody there but other customers outside... puzzled like me. I ended up ordering again to the Bryant Irvin location. This is the second bad experience I've had out of the 3times I've been there. The other time I ordered food, all of it was under cooked. Even though this is 2 miles from my house, Iwill take my business back to the Bryant Irvin location. Read more
