The hub and I are not vegans, but when I clean up my act every now and then I always feel so much better after eating conscious... and carefully prepared healthy food. Yesterday I ordered the enchilada short stack and gave him a bite, after which he helped meeat the rest of my Very generously proportioned meal! It was delicious, a lovely surprise as it was my first time visiting aBroken Angel. It certainly won?t be my last. The best vegan food truck I've ever eaten at. Don't be discouraged from making plans to go with friends because it's a food... truck. It's a restaurant with proper seating and a great ambiance. You have a top notch coffee shop in the same facility aswell, so it's a perfect place for breakfast or lunch. Update: It seems they have moved locations, so my photos aren't relevantfor the location purposes. They're now located at Spoken Moto, a spot with a few food trucks and a good coffee shop that servesbeers as well as has places to sit and hang out. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. One of the longer standing vegan spots in Bend, with consistently flavorful and craving-satisfying options. They also don't tack... on the "Bend" and "Vegan" tax (decent prices for the area).
