Best brisket since leaving Texas! As good as Texas. Stands alone, pass on a sauce or get on the side. Good mayo based slaw too.... A meat only option without sides would be even better for us low-carbers. Read more

I ordered The Yard Sale, BcRib and the Brisket Chili. All are amazing. The BcRib puts the McRib to shame and should stay in... hiding. The McRib should fear the BcRib. The Chili was a flavor explosion. Definitely check out the Cart if you’re in thearea. Read more

It's a shame BBQ isn't as big in Oregon as it is in the South. But if everyone was able to try a hot meal from here, it may just... become another reason for tourists to visit.
