I'm guessing it's part of the staffing difficulty everyone is having, but I've had consistently bad luck here the last three... weeks of getting served really bad coffee. Today I ordered and paid for a small, and they made a medium. I asked they remake it,because they taste different and the larger drinks are basically flavored milk. They just dumped it into a small cup. Switchingto home or canned coffee for the foreseeable future. Read more
My first time and it was everything I could've wanted!! So yummy! More sugar free options than anywhere I've ever been. Dutch Bros is one of the best. Tip... if you want a traditional mocha, order a latte the way you like and have them add a pump... or two of chocolate to your preference. Otherwise, thier mocha is a latte made with chocolate milk. But you may just like that.The traditional way is a dark chocolate mocha. But I order it the way I describe above. Anyway, better than Starbucks by a mile. Read more
I walked here in the freezing rain, snow still on the ground. I was completely soaked by the time I got there. The barista gave... me my coffee at no charge because I was out in the rain and hoped it would warm me up. What a nice thing, it made my day!Certainly not a company policy but I'm definitely appreciate it and will be going back. I only regret not leaving a tip (becauseshe didn't charge the card). Took 25 minutes to get a coffee, didn't have the option to leave as they took my payment 9 cars before the window. The music... they played was so loud even with my windows rolled up I had two clients ask if they could call back later because all theycould hear was dutch bros play list. Absolutely disgusting experience. Never going to the century drive location again if any atall. Read more
