The manager and staff at this location are great. My gift card wouldn?t run because it kept resetting their cash registers? POS... system. So they decided to take the order on the house. Such great burgers and always reliably friendly staff! Read more
Took here two burgers, two drinks and some fries yesterday. Staff was just unfriendly almost rude. Ok it?s fast food but still.... Restaurant was dirty, we could have eat for free from the floor there was enough? everywhere fries, garbage and stains on thetables. When we left there was some pointing and laughing from the staff. Five guys was great! One of the few restaurants I have been to that has raised prices but not lowered their portions by half!!... Way to go 5 guys! The people were helpful and knowledgeable and the shake was really good along with the double cheese burgerwhich was a proper size. Thanks for not using COVID or Russia as an excuse to raise prices and lower portions. Read more
This is a good juicy freshly made to order burger???? The fries are good ????, with generous portions. Service is ok, not great.... We gave our order, she repeated it to us correctly and we recieved an incorrect order; 1 burger was missing japalenos????and werecieve 1 order of fries, not 2. Very frustrating, it just awkward and inconvenient to go back and let them know about theirerrors. There are bathrooms available, access is made through the code on your receipt, drinks are self serve and refillable. Peanuts???? are available to munch on while you wait for your order.
