Amazing flavors, fun space, super nice staff... But the inconsistencies in food building and consistent offerings, needs more... oversight and focus to really shine. First time I went it was amazing, best tacos in Bend, some of the best tacos I've everhad! Flavor profiles were clearly researched and developed (and amazing). The Al Pastor had creamy guacamole bursting with freshflavors of onion, cilantro and an occasional sweet punch of pineapple topped with a tiny crunch of cabbage. Amazing! The secondtime... They barely put any guacamole, onions or cilantro on the El Pastor tacos, and I didn't find one bite of pineapple oneither of the 2 Al Pastor tacos I got. The spit pork is delicious... unless you get there early and get the dried remains fromthe previous day. Also, the barbacoa taco had so much fat, I had to throw away half of the taco fillings. Disappointing to saythe least. They really have something with this place but I believe it needs some focus and oversight on consistently buildingthe food properly. I know places can have off days (not to mention staffing issues) but after reading the other reviews, itseems like the inconsistencies are more of a constant. I will still go back of course but now feel I may have to stress a lotmore of what I want on the taco in order to insure its actually on there. The photo attached, is from the first time I went, Ishould have gotten another photo to show the difference but was too hungry and missed the opportunity. Stopped in because I saw the line outside and knew these had to be great tacos! Was not let down. They were out of a couple... items, but overall was able to grab a variety of tacos and enjoyed them all! We got ours to-go, but the outdoor seating lookedfun and casual and I was told that the margaritas were delicious! Next time! Read more
Update 6/2022. Still new and awesome. The enclosed outdoor area is great and just warm enough during cold times to wear a light... jacket. Very cool spot that is family friendly with tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Tacos have fun flair and are freshmade. Nice selection of margaritas and authentic mixed drinks. Mexican beers. Food was great and perhaps a new favorite. Servicewas fast and friendly. Plan to wait in line for food, but it goes fast. Centrally located with other restaurants and treats. Read more
Best tacos in Bend, yep you heard that right! It doesn?t matter what you get because it is all great? however my favorite must... trys are the shrimp and chorizo tacos as well as the Al Pastor! If you are impatient and starving like I usually an, then Irecommend you start out with the guac and ceviche! Dont forget to check the specials board, they always have some hidden gems upthere!! Wash it all down with the Pineapple Serrano margarita and you will not be disappointed. Read more

BEST FISH TACOS IN TOWN! I am a true foodie and I?ve been to almost every Mexican restaurant in town. I visited this place... multiple times before making this review. These rock fish tacos are so melt in your mouth good. The sauce they use isperfection. The service is fantastic and fast and their margaritas are great as well! They have some unique ones!
