I love the vixen chick at the window. I am new to town and came in when I first moved here and there was someone else and now... she?s always there. I come back for her. I had the worst day of my life and she turned it around in one trip through that coffeehut. They make good coffee but I come back for her personality. I don?t know if she?s the new owner because the old chick saidthere was a new owner but I?ll always come back while she?s there. LOVE her. Java jungle is the epitome of bad service! The "service worker" did not greet us on arrival. She was in deep conversation with... another employee. We waited for her to finish, but the conversation just kept going on and on and on. Finally she pushed out ahello, looking awkwardly and deeply into my wife's eyes then immediately went back to her conversation. Not really knowing whatto do, I just yelled my order over her non stop talking, because if I waited, she wasn't going to help us. The highlight of theexperience was when she took our payment. She was sporting the grossest most fake nails I've ever seen. When she ripped thecard out of my wife's hands, her scavanger talons touched the i pad and a bunch of other germ ridden things. She then preparedfood without a second thought of washing her hands and claws. Which having fake nails, by the way, is completly illigal byOregon Food and Safety standards. After recieving food we thanked her only to be met by deathly silence, thus ending our lastexperince at an esteblishment that used to be inviting. Read more
I gave Java Jungle another chance after the owner acknowledged the issues with my prior experience. It was incredibly refreshing... to know and feel that my experience good or bad mattered. The owner listened to what I had to say, and truly made me feel valuedand respected. I have gone here for well over a year, and I am happy to now come back to my regular coffee place! Hands down best coffee place in town! I?ve come to Java Jungle for 11 years! The team here provide fast and caring service. The... coffee is ALWAYS delicious, and if there ever is a need for more cream, more sweet, less sweet, or whatever change you need foryour drink they are on top of it! I LOVE this place. JJ?s coffee shop is THE best coffee place in town. I have been going there for years and they have so many options to choose... from. Coffee, Energy Drinks, Sugar Free Options, Breakfast...and so much more! The owner and staff are absolutely amazing! I gothere everyday and are always greeted with a friendly smile!
