Got our food order wrong 3 times. We even had to go back through the drive thru again to get it fixed the 3rd as they gave us... the wrong bag again. We also ordered two strawberry milkshakes and they gave us one strawberry and one vanilla tried to tell usthere was some strawberry in the vanilla then the second guy working said no it's just vanilla we just don't want to change itand replace the strawberry right now because it will take time. Did not really care and left it at that. I honestly would giveit a one star however you do not always know what is going on with your employees and unless people like us let them know itcannot be fixed. I truly like this McDonald?s location. The food is always ready in under one minute when I go inside to order AND it is still... very fresh. I often go for breakfast so it is not as busy. The inside is very clean and pleasant.The staff is able to put in thecoupon code from my app with ease and they even offer a military discount. The only reason I give four stars instead of five isfor two reasons. One, the men?s bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and two, sometimes it takes a while for someone tocome to the counter to take my order, but they are always nice and efficient when they get to me. I keep trying to give McDonald's a chance recently this location regularly gives old food. At least it looks and tastes like... it's been sitting all day. I ordered two McChickens and two Mcdoubles, the buns were dried and crusty I live about 5 minutesfrom this location if that and my food was barely even warm. This location sucks. Walked over here at 8:10pm with my kid from the apartment complex in the same plaza. The doors were locked... so someone came out to tell us that they were cleaning and we weren?t allowed inside and needed to walk the drive thru. There isa big sign right in front of the door that says the lobby is open until 9pm! So because the kid working there didn?t feel likewaiting until the time they are supposed to, I?m now stuck walking the drive through with traffic, kid in tow, freezing ourbutts off. First off they made my McDouble and cheeseburger the same size. Second they charged me 9 extra dollars when I spent 7 using the... coupons. They kept messing up my order and had to bring the manager out and barely filled my ice cream and fries. Do notrecommend!! Read more
