I haven\'t tried the sushi yet, but I\'ve been aching for some scallion pancakes in Bend for years. Ninja sushi absolutely kills... it! The pork dumplings are also fantastic. Can\'t wait to come back for the rest of their menu. Read more
Fresh and yummy! I got some yellow tail nigiri and a poke bowl! 10/10 would recommend and will be going back soon. :)
We ordered a couple rolls and a nigiri. The rice was clearly old and not at all fresh. The rice also had a strange dish... soap/detergent taste. The fish was okay but the snow crab had zero flavor. I wanted to like this spot because other sushi trucksin town have been so delicious. Overall super disappointing. Read more
