Panda is awesome when it's fresh. We stopped going there as of last night due to Beijing beef being hard & chewy to eat. ... Don't get me wrong, their food is awesome 95% of the time. Just don't go within an hour of closing time. They wouldn't cookanymore steak & we were wanting two orders so I thought it was worth it but apparently they have to cook alot when they do. Weunderstood & got Beijing beef and sweet fire chicken. The chicken was hot and fresh but the beef was't.. We love all theirfood when it's fresh & still my go to for fast food. Read more
This was the first time for myself going to a panda express, and I was pleasantly surprised! Portion size is excellent for the... price you pay, and I definitely left with a full belly! The grilled chicken used for the chicken teriyaki wasn't the best, butI wouldn't expect much better for the price. Will be stopping into more of these when I see them! Read more
My chow mein had maybe 10 noodles in it. It was basically eating mouthfuls of cabbage shreds. Chow mein is a staple at Panda.... Get better. My husband and I ordered the same 2 entree plates and his container had less than the amount of what's put in abowl. Poor consistency, poor quality of food, long wait time sitting at the speaker for quite a while before anyone spoke. Youngstaff, very unprofessional and incompetent. Maybe need more training and a babysitter to ensure your business is being ranappropriately. For customers who regularly support the Bend location this is HIGHLY Disappointing. -5 stars Read more

Showed up 7:00pm, 35 minutes before listed closing. Doors locked, dining room lights off, employees scurrying about cleaning... restaurant. I was so disappointed. Then I realized there was a dimly lit sign indicating that the drive through was open. Ifigured it was an accident, but proceeded to the window on foot,my Peterbilt with 53? trailer would not fit. I was greeted by avery friendly and understanding young lady. Her service in getting my food and turning around my disappointment was 10/10 . Shealso understood that I was a trucker, and realized I was stuck in town( being most Hwy?s were shut down). She engaged me inconversation about poor road conditions and her understanding of them from where she was from. Pleasant conversation anddelicious food! Sever name on receipt was Alyssa H.
