I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was amazingly friendly and so wonderful to talk to. The food tasted fresh and was... clearly made with care. It feels like a hidden gem of a place. I only had the pho and spring rolls my first time but I wasdrooling looking at all the amazing food images they had on the walls of their cuisine. I definitely recommend this place! Amazing job, Pho Viet! The best Pho in Central Oregon indeed. We enjoyed the Pho (I got the super sized bowl, the right choice... for the ravenous traveller & hiker), Pad Thai, and some delicious appetizers. 10/10 Recommend. Very delicious and authentic. I got the P.2 beef pho and there is a very complex flavor like it should have, the star anise and... cinnamon really shine through. Might be expensive but you get a lot of food, I swear the dish I got could easily feed 3 people,I was bursting by the time I left, but in a good satisfyingly way. I definitely will be coming back, they have a big menu and Ican?t wait to try everything. You can judge a Vietnamese restaurant by the quality of they?re broth and I would say it?s a 10/10but I?m not exactly a pho connoisseur. Edit. Surprised to find a Vietnamese place here in Bend. Coming from Toronto, I had my fair share of good Vietnamese food. I decided... to give this place a try when we were searching for dinner on a Sunday night during our stay here at Bend. And was pleasantlysurprised. The place wasn?t very spacious but was busy. We ordered pho ???? and some spring rolls. They were not bad, a bitpricy compared to Canada but at least we don?t pay sales tax here ???? The server was very nice and honest! Read more

Best Pho spot in Bend. Offers a large menu of authentic Vietnamese food. Highly recommend a bowl of the pho, it is so good. Also... recommend trying their Thai Tea and crispy spring rolls. The owners and staff are all very kind and helpful. Read more

Very authentic Viet cuisine, each dishes taste is well balanced and not too salty like others Viet restaurants. The dishes is... cooked with standard. Protein is tender and juicy too. Bun Bo Hue noodle is soft springy and very good textured. Wanton is alsovery juicy and fresh. Read more

Absolutely fantastic food. It was very busy when we had dinner so everything took a long time, but it was most assuredly worth... the wait. The food is just bursting with flavor. The pho broth might just be the best I?ve ever had. I wish we lived in Bendjust so we could eat here all the time! Read more
