Super long wait but they did seem busy with only 3 people working. The bacon on my breakfast bagel was cold, rock hard and... overcooked. I didn't eat it. I would have hoped that the bacon would be freshly cooked. The bagel was cold but had good flavor.I will try another place before returning here. I thought about asking for the $1.50 tip back because I was that unsatisfiedwith my sandwich after such a long wait. Read more

Placed an order via chow. It was already paid for and my boyfriend went to pick it up. They refused to listen to the pick up... name and wouldn?t give him the order. I called and asked for clarification on how to get my already paid food and the man Ispoke with was unbelievably rude. I asked to cancel my order and then was hung up on.
