Named after a city in Portugal, the atmosphere, smell of food and coffee wafting through the air was peaceful on a cooler than... normal summer morn. We ordered food to go since we were passing through. I wish I had taken more time to eat my food. What I dideat was yummy, we enjoyed a cold brew coffee, my husband devoured his food so that’s always a good sign. I love the downtownvibe of Bend and have my favorite places I usually eat at. Service is great and the flavors in the dish were good but I’ll probably pass on coming back. I ordered the Prego sandwich,... described as having “marinated steak, swiss cheese, with sautéed onions and herb mayo or dijon.” When I received thesandwich I was disappointed, it was such a thin slice of meat and it was more like 2 pieces of a ciabatta (or similar typebread), onions, cheese, herb mayo, and a little meat thrown in. I included photos of my meal. Sintra is a nice establishment togo to for good service and flavors but they just didn’t meet my expectations for a $15+ sandwich. Read more

Wow everything we got was amazing! We got the egg sandwich, Portuguese eggs Benedict, and almond pastry and everything was... delicious! If you like a little spice I highly recommend the Portuguese Eggs Benedict. The service was so kind and friendly.They were very helpful with all my questions about the menu and the food came out quickly! We had a great experience here atSinatra; we will be coming back! Two omelets and a tiny pancake came to a grand total of $40. If the food was outstanding I wouldn’t complain but my potatoes... tasted like they’d been under a heat lamp for an entire day and my omelet had huge chunks of raw onion in it when it wassupposed to be sautéed. Highly over priced and not impressive at all. The staff was wonderful food was mediocre at best. Read more
Cute little spot! Loved their Portuguese Benedict. Wish they had some Portuguese sweets to add to the coffee.
