I ordered large size, they didn't ask if I want it unsweetened, so I assumed it will be sweet because I that cappuccinos suppose... to be sweet. Nope, I got it plain without sugar. Asked for sugar, opened cup to add it and saw that my cup only filled 3/4!!! Somuch for LARGE SIZE! It was in Bend, OR. Read more

This location is flat out AWESOME. It?s super clean, the staff are really hard-working and friendly, and it?s just a super easy... place to unwind. This location just GETS IT. Shout out to y?all! Read more
This one is the one I go to the most often. It?s across from Safeway and the old folks home. Usually they do a pretty good job,... but ever since the pandemic they mess up drinks about 60% of the time. I don?t mean they make drinks wrong like you asked forcream and they didn?t give you cream, I mean they are making the drinks straight up wrong. The americano tastes like water, theiced coffee is mostly cream and sweetener. They don?t have ratios down at all. Which is a training issue, and I?m sure theturnover rate is high. These chain stores don?t want to hire a full time person for training, and don?t want to pay employees abetter wage, so they are constantly cycling through new people who don?t know how to make drinks as aren?t given enoughtraining.
