I went to my local Fred Myers Starbucks today to buy this amazing cup. The two baristas working at the time, were talking to... each other and completely ignored me. The young woman that eventually helped seemed almost bothered for interrupting herconversation. I also had to ask her for a receipt and a bag because she didn?t provide them. As a walked away she didn?t noticemy partner was looking at us and he caught her rolling her eyes at me while my back was turned. I don?t understand what theissue was when I was so happy to buy this cup. Happy experience turned into another negative experience at this store. They needto hire people who want to work. Coffee was delicious but the young people that were working were less than courteous. No introductions, looking at us funny when... we ordered something that was on the menu not that long ago. Didn't call out our order when it was ready. Very poor customerservice experience overall. Read more

Sign said open at 0700 hours. It?s 0930 now! People were In the area drinking coffee I waited 10 minutes for an employee to be... back from break or restroom which is totally cool. When he got back he said they can?t take my order for another 15 minutes. Read more
Seems like they have hired some new faces and now they are constantly closed and never open at their regular times listed. Don't... waste your time walking all the way into the store just to turn around. Better off going to the Starbucks across the street.Just FYI they are already closed today as well. Read more

The baristas at this Starbucks location do not make their drinks to the same recipes as the other locations I?ve been to, and... they seem bothered when placing an order. Gave them a second try to see if it was just a bad first experience, nope! Apparentlyit?s just a bad Starbucks. We won?t be returning. Read more
