Went in to grab two coffees today. It took 15-20 minutes to get my drinks (there was no one in front of me either). I realized... when I got home they charged me for a venti but gave me a grande iced instead. The drink itself was really disappointing and hadfar too much syrup. I?ll stick to the stand alone Starbucks instead. I didn?t appreciate being given the wrong size drink. Read more

It's a greedy corporation what do you expect. This company could give every minimum wage employee they have a 5 dollar raise... which is most of their employees and the company would still proffit 8.8 billion dollars every year after all expenses. Generally decent coffee but far too over priced. There are better places in Bend to get great coffee much cheaper. Staff is... friendly. Drive through is a nightmare to safely exit. Don't buy their coffee to get bombarded with their extreme politicalviews. My husband loves their Americanos so when I go it's generally as a treat for him. Read more
The parking here is AWFUL. I would suggest using the drive through only in the highly unlikely event the Dutch Brothers just... down the road happens to be closed... Read more
Great drinks. Always made the same so no matter who you irder it from i can always get the same tasting drink
Was not impressed. Service is great but product, prices and flavor are not good. But hey the bathroom was clean.
They are never open. The last two days I've gone at 4:30 and both times they have been closed! The website says it open until... 7pm. So frustrating!! Read more
