I consistently have a horrible experience at this particular restaurant. From cold sandwiches that i ask to be warmed, to just... absolutely bare bones sandwiches. The picture i attached is a steak and cheese with lettuce, pickle and banana peppers. Wouldalso have green peppers but they are out....of green peppers ffs, one of the staple ingredients at subway. There might be awhole 4 strips of lettuce on the first 6 inch side, and maybe 8 on the other side. Just beyond terrible. I wouldnt pay 5 dollarsfor this had i known I used to love subway, but the prices are high and the quality is absolute garbage. Sad. Edit: juststarted to eat this pictured sandwich, and the bread is insanely chewy. Never had bread this chewy from subway before. Supposedto be italian...definitely not fresh or it's something else i didnt want. What a joke. Read more
Ordered 5 footlong sandwiches on the app. They got 3 out of 5 sandwiches wrong. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. After eating... half of it I realized that my chicken was in fact Tuna. ???????? with wrong veggies. The other 2 wrong sandwiches had wrongveggies. For $53 I could have ordered from a different sandwich shop and would have gotten better quality food. Don't thinkthat I order from them anymore. Shame. They used to be good. Poor quality food now. Ordered a 6? BMT. Menu says $5.99 but was charged $6.19. Per website it comes with ham, pepperoni, and salami. Received no... salami and minimal ham. Skimped on the veggies too. Not going back. Other sub shops make a better product. Read more
Wow. This must be the most skimpiest Subway I have ever gone to. Got a footlong and got 5 pieces of spinach, 5 olives, 4... Jalapeños and a quarter of my sandwich was missing lettuce and a cucumber. I paid 12 dollars for a skimpy sandwich. Looks likeI wasn't the only one who commented on this. Read the other comments. I also want to say I have never seen an employee, she wasHispanic by the way was so scared and panicked that she had to ask another employee what to put on my sandwich because she wasscared of maybe what the franchise owner had trained her or what she was able to put on the sandwich?? So disappointing. I hopeother employees are not treated this way. I won't be coming here again and I live nearby less than 2 miles. Read more
