We do Door dash and just happened to get an order for teriyaki madness and we were hungry so we decided to order ourselves some... food as well. It was absolutely amazing the food we have already been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. The manager Kyle wasvery kind amazing customer service clean and comfortable environment. I'm only giving it a 2 star because there's ONLY ONE COOK who can actually cook good food at my location and I appreciate that... employee for doing a good job. But I've ordered from here several times and it's always hit or miss with whoever is preparingthe food. I just ordered a spicy orange chicken bowl and that chicken must have barely kissed that skillet before it made it'sway into my bowl, needless to say I'm never eating here again. Read more
This place is absolutely a treat to eat at. They make teriyaki great again for Bend. I?ve been waiting for a place that serves... just simple teriyaki beef for years. Not a Hawaiian food place that doesn?t serve beef anymore. This place got it. Service isimpeccable and I love this place. Their spicy teriyaki is the best thing they make. Incredibly slow service. I arrived to make an order today and was told to ?use the app? because ?it?s taking us about 20 minutes... to make orders?. Okay, so I left and used the app while I got a haircut nearby. I ordered a bowl around 2:51PM and was told bythe app that the food would be ready around 3:15PM. I show up at 3:15PM and the cashier told me it would be ?another 20minutes?. There were also other customers in the lobby who had been waiting for 30+ minutes. I didn?t get my food until around3:55PM. An HOUR after I made the order. I was waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes. No updates from the cashier, and no apologywhen I finally received my food. I?m not the type to leave bad reviews but this was awful service. The icing on the cake waswhen I received no utensils in the bag when I indicated that I needed some on the app. Won?t be coming back. Got it via door dash. Spicy chicken on noodle bowl done w/ a wok. And chicken won tons. Won tons were alright a little soggy... tho... they were just okay. And the chicken in the bowl was inedible. It had a wierd propane or gas taste. I couldn't get it outof my mouth and had a headache for an unpleasant minute after eating half and throwing it out. It was our first time and what a better way to TRY a place than w a coupon. Upon ordering the gal was not able to accommodate a... perfectly legit in date coupon for this place. She said we could order our meal w the sauce on the side. For the most part thatwas true. Thank you. We wanted a 'two protein ' bowl which is listed on their menu but she was unable to get the computer toaccommodate that order. I think she was unfortunately thrown to the wolves w lack of training thus our coupon and specificorder which would have actually brought them more $$ was not accepted. Hopefully it gets better because we'd love to see thisplace succeed on the East side of Bend. Read more
The chicken bowl was tender, veggies fresh, and noodles pretty yummy too! Power bowl was so filling and big. 3 meals for me!... Sauce was delicious too! Friendly staff, and fast service! Read more
Got this for my son from the Junior's menu. All this....a few bland noodles and like 3 small pieces of chicken for THIRTEEN... DOLLARS. My wife's Bowl, which was close to the same price AT $14, had a much much larger amount of food. Unacceptable.
