My only complaint is the meat sweats from my inability to know when enough is enough. I tackle the 1/4 pounder at that... McProssesed place without blinking an eye.. I guess I didn?t realize what an actual hand pressed full 6 ounce, yes I asked andstarts with 6 ounces of hand pressed never frozen local meat and topped with fresh cut veggies. I happen to see a philly comeout while I waited for my burger and when I ready my gut to tackle another savory challenge, I gotta get me one of them!! As formy burger, thanks to Dan, owner/chef, for understanding Med/Rare and that a burger should be seasoned! I?d change nothing if Idid it myself. Toasted bun, heaping patty, fresh cut veggies and all seasoned and sauces to perfection. It was amazing I willfor sure be back to tackle the rest of the menus! Thanks Dan and 1646 Grill! Read more
