I went to this location and Eva went above and beyond the call of duty. I had problems using my gift cards to pay for my pizza.... She tirelessly tried and tried, but we could not get it to work. She comped me the pizza and some churros. THANK YOU EVA! Tothis day I cannot figure out why the gift cards that are loaded to my online account are not working as a form of payment. I ordered a combination pizza and asked for artichoke hearts and spinach to be added and I got neither. But of course I paid... extra for the additional toppings that I didn't get. I'm happy to accept a refund or a free pizza on my next order! Read more

Ordered contactless delivery, and apparently that means they don't call you, or knock, or anything. Happened to go outside and... found bugs and ants all over the pizza. Called to request a new one and girl said she would let me speak to manager. She forgotto put it on hold while she told the story and said they did nothing wrong and asking for a new one was ridiculous. Finallymanager came on and said they'd bring a new one, but we got nothing additional or any discount or anything. So basically ishould just be okay with bugs in my food and a three hour total wait time. Food here isn't bad but attitude toward customerservice is absolutely unacceptable. The buffet is comical. They literally had zero pizzas (and no salad bar) because apparently nobody comes in for it. They made a... single pizza for me when I got it and I was like "um, I could've just ordered a large pizza and probably for a lot less." Theyreally need to stop offering the buffet so then customers like myself won't go there expecting, oh I don't know...a buffet?Either that or start serving it on the weekends when more people will show up for it. The pizza itself is nothing special: cheapingredients, too much bread, and bland taste. Your typical pizza chain pizza I guess.
