Needed dinner before work at 9:30p and had enough McDonald's recently so, against the advice of a co-worker, I went through the... drive thru at the Carl's Jr in Bennett. They got my order right and added a cookie at no additional cost because of the wait. Iwas the only customer and they had to fry up a fresh batch of fries for me. I had the Guacamole Bacon $6 burger which they areusing another name for it seems. The burger was delicious. Usually great, but this time there was a child (maybe 5 years old) in the drive thru window by the register *sneezing* while I... got my food from I?m assuming his parent so there?s that (threw that food out real fast). That?s pretty bad. I?m more inclinedto say the team should be paid enough to afford child care than anything but regardless pretty gross and way against healthcode. Read more

We were on the road and needed a place to grab a sandwich. We also needed a place to park the truck and trailer. We parked the... truck in the strip mall parking lot and went to the restaurant. Ordered two simple meals. No one was in front of me. Had to wait 10 minutes in the front and got my order. The guy said he... forgot the sauces and said he?d be right back. I waited 5 minutes and got frustrated and left. Got home only to realize theygave me two Patties on a bun with only mustard. I paid for bacon, lettuce, tomato and everything else that?s supposed to come onit and didn?t get any of it. The second burger was the one with onion rings, bacon and onion. I bit into it and it was likebiting into a rock half way through. The onion rings were so over cooked and hard I could tap them on the counter without thembending. I had to take the onion rings off. What a waste. Best part- the sauces I waited for were in the bag the whole time. ButI waited and didn?t look since the kid who brought them out said he forgot them and would be right back with them. Spent $23there on the two meals and drinks and was extremely disappointed that I wasted that money after a long day working out in theyard. Not coming back. Update your store hours. I drove from Deer Trail to find out this place was closed!!! 6/11/2022. I was there at 10 pm web site... says 11PM. Update 6/24/2022 they continue to screw up. They get an order to the correct person. They say pull around to thefront and then give your food to someone else. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but they continue to disappoint. Notrue lead and the leadership they have shows no accountability. On the up side the fries were good. Not trying to be negativejust the truth. Read more
My boyfriend and I tried the new Angus burger tonight, 11/24, around 6ish. They were amazing. Beautiful and delicious haha.... Literally, look at them. Tonight was busier than I've ever seen it. You can tell they were tired, but still managed to get two,delicious, burgers out of it. Thank you! Read more
Food is overpriced and they can't even make it fresh. Cold fries, and a cold burger. Not to mention they messed up the order.
