Made my coffee with spoiled milk and the refused to give me a refund and said they'd make another one and make sure to do good... but then preceded to take and make other orders before making mine so my husband demanded that they give us a refund becausenow he was running late to work because we had to wait 20 minutes to get the first spoiled drink and then an extra 20 becausethey sent us to King Supers to get the refund and they didn't know how to because Starbucks didn't give them the code needed Read more
I originally put one star based on a couple of experiences and poor customer service previously but I?d like to change that and... compliment all the staff. Very recently I?ve been going a lot with my daughter and they?ve been incredibly kind and haveimproved tremendously on the customer service. Thank you for the change and good drinks. Read more
Horrible experience every time I?ve gone to this Starbucks. Kristin, Cerenity, and Angel are very rude, if they don?t like... their job they should consider getting another one instead of making comments about peoples drinks or acting so bothered/annoyedevery time there are customers. Read more

The lady taking our order was extremely rude to us when we were having trouble paying for our drinks and food. We tried to ask... her for help and she just kept repeating the same thing and tapping the screen saying ?pay now? Since our card didn?t work, wedecided to try paying with cash and the lady said she was refusing and cancelling our order. She didn?t seem like she wanted towork and looked like she was in a bad mood before we even started to order. The other lady making our drinks was fine. Read more

We walked in during a slow time and the staff was still less enthusiastic about helping customers. I didn?t feel the friendly... Starbucks vibe here. We were hesitant to walk in here rather find an actual Starbucks, but it appears we would not visit again. Read more
This is the worst and slowest service I?ve ever had. I?m typing this as I?m still waiting for my coffee. Meanwhile, 4 employees... are hanging out while one slowly makes an order at a time. I would ask for a refund and leave, but it would take longer to getsomeone?s attention than I have. I am going to just donate my money to Starbucks this time and never come back, because I don?thave time to listen to high school gossip while they don?t make my order.
