I don't know if there is a new owner the staff needs more training. 3 people working but only one making sandwiches. The woman... in front of me was ordering several sandwiches. and on the 6th sandwich I walked out because only one worker was actuallyworking. and I after that i hit another place for food after. The staff no longer says hello or even pays attention to newcustomers walking in. Seriously bad customer service and attention. If I owned it I'd fire the entire staff and do more targetedtraining on the new employees. I don't think I'll go back regardless that it is the only subway here. Read more
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. The older lady working there is SO rude! Hair in my sandwich turned my terrible experience into a... horrible one. Done with that Subway until they can replace rude employees with ones who can treat their customers with somerespect. Read more

I am so frustrated with BENNETT subway. I have payed for the ham and cheese fresh melt 4 different times via the app and for... some reason or another it is made as a regular sandwich and the extra cheese is not on the sandwich which is what I pay extrafor. I normally do not complain but when I call because this is the 4th time this has happened the only resolution they give meis to speak to the ?manager Barb? however I have already tried to call and speak to her about the last 2 sandwiches but shedoesn?t return my call. I'm not sure what happened to the management at this location recently... But the new staff blows off the online orders so that... even if you come long after the order was supposed to be ready- they make you sit there and wait while they make the order. Thefemale associate then rolled her eyes at me as if the online order was some huge inconvenience. I didn't even go Karen on her-it was completely unprovoked! Read more

Too notch experience. The staff were very polite and friendly. The store was sparking clean. I don't think I've ever had a... Subway sandwich that was made so well. Great attention to detail.
