Stopped by here on a Monday around 4pm. Three cars in front of me in the drive through. I hear the woman in front of me go to... order and the lady proceeded to tell her they weren't taking anymore orders due to a very large order they just received. Thisis a corporate business. I LOVE Taco Bell, however, how at 430pm on a monday with a line of cars in the drive thru, someone comes on and states the... resturant is closed? How does this happen in Bennett CO? At the very least, put up a sign..... but how can you be closed on amonday afternoon? Do better franchise owner. Your loosing so much business by operating this way not to mention its hard to makea living for your people and yourself by being randomly closed. Read more
I stopped at this Taco Bell since it was on my way home from work and it ruined my night fr. The problem was the manager.... Everybody else was super nice. when it came to handing me my food she was super rude and simply called my name and tossed it onthe counter. I chose to ignore it since I just wanted to leave, but when I noticed something was missing and told her she said Iwould need to repay or get out. I don?t understand why she would react like this when I was being nice the whole time?!???! Ialso over heard her talking very rudely to one of her employees, saying she needed to hurry tf up, NO WONDER THEY UNDERSTAFFFEDSHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INNAPROPRIATE. Ordered online for in-store pickup because I'm a truck driver in obviously I can't drive my truck through the drive-thru. They... had the lobby locked and refused to hand me my food that was sitting on the counter and made me walk and stand and drive throughbehind three other cars out in the heat just so I could get my food that they could have handed me through the door. I askedthem why the lobby was closed and she slammed the window in my face. I already called and reported them to corporate office ifthat does any good but I would recommend avoiding this place and definitely avoid having in-store pickup. Read more
I don't know why I bother to ever still come here. Maybe it's because I love Taco Bell and even though it's over an hour away,... this is the closest Taco Bell to me. I've been here lots of times and it is NEVER a positive experience. Their staff is alwaysgrouchy and rude and the food absolutely sucks. Cold food, skimpy filings, missing toppings, etc. EVERY TIME. I've complainedto national headquarters in the past and nothing has ever improved. I barely got an apology. Not even an offer to compensate mevia a coupon for the food that was completely inedible. We are regulars to this TBell as it is the only one for miles. They are always unfriendly and the food is always messed up in... some way or another. This go around our crunch wraps had almost no meat. One was completely bare and the other was very slim. Read more
Arrived today at 11. Lobby doors locked with no sign. Drive through closed as well with no explanation as to why. Everyone is... super rude. Like....why? If they are that short staffed, they need to just close then. Read more
