OMG NEVER AGAIN. I placed an online order for two medium pizzas at around 7:35 It gave me confirmation that my order would be... ready in 15 mins which was 7:50. I got there about 3 mins early so the lady at the window pulled me and my family up. We sat outin parking lot for literally an hour just for her to tell us that we had to repay because they had to re make pizza obviouslybecause they gave someone else our order then tried to start a fight with me and my family by telling us to never come back andthe guy that was the cook actually threatened to shoot us. The customer service is abysmal. Save yourself the reorder or bad attitude an go down the street to Pizza Time or across town to... Domino's. This place use to be so nice an clean. Theystill haven't fixed their driveway to access the establishment either ???? Read more
The cashier was very polite. We ordered at the front and sat down for dine in. The tables and floors were very dirty and sticky.... The plates that were out to be used were so dirty that we ate off of napkins instead. Overall the store is very run down and notwell maintained. Our food came out wrong and with items missing. When we returned it to the counter for it be be swapped for theright pizza it took extensive convincing and getting a menu to read off what the pizza was to get it remade. The remake came outstill completely wrong. The water was also not working so most drinks were not available. The bathrooms were so dirty that wehad to walk our kids across the road to use the neighboring stores bathrooms. Read more
I called to Hava a pizza delivered, the young lady was so rude,kept talking over me continuously, when I tried to put a tip on... the card for the driver she slammed the phone down, terrible employee for this well known establishment that I have patronizedfor 30 plus years or more ,so sad,I don't have cash on hand so she will have to tip the delivery guy!! So I place my order online and the food looks great but the white chick that came to the window had a very nasty attitude I paid... for the ranch to go wid my wings and she said check the box bc she good at putting it in there I check the box I guess because Ididn?t check it like she wanted me to she said I mean u literally did not check it I?m not lying about no ranch especially if Ipaid for two!
