French onion burger was delicious. Runza has great crispy fries. Most places can't make them right anymore. No idea on why.
Pulled up to the drive thru after a 13hr travel day with the family of 6 at 857pm as google said the closing time was 10pm. The... sign on drive thru said closing at 9pm and I said we had a big order and there was no problem, very friendly service! i go here quiet often as i live in town and this is by far the worst runza I have ever gone to. Every single time I order food... they forget about half the order to where i have to go back and get the rest of my food, the food is not cooked all the waythrough, they forget the sauce, the runzas are always super sloppy and its just a major let down. I tend to go in the eveningsand whoever is working which looks like high schoolers seem to not care about their job at all. Read more
