Just ate at chili's. When we went to pay we handed our server, Heidi, 2 giftcards equalling $75. She returned empty handed... telling us one of the cards did not have anything on it. We had just purchased them across the street at home depot, so theyboth were full. My husband asked for the card that didn't go through back so he could look into it. After she went and got thecard we noticed the numbers on the card and the numbers on the receipt she gave us did Not match. Her response as to why theydidn't match was "I don't know, I thought that was weird." We paid the rest on another card and left. We called the number onthe card and it was full as we knew it was. If my husband hadn't asked for the card back, we would have been shorted $25. Thisis unacceptable that she tried to short us a gift card and then told us she didn't know why the numbers didn't match. Soundslike she would have kept the card for herself after we left had we not thought something was off. Disappointed and will notlikely be returning to this location. Read more
We love this chain. We almost walked out of this restaurant however. After being ignored by one waitress, we sat ourselves, then... got scolded by the second waitress. I suspect that like many businesses they were understaffed. Read more
My agenda at 3:30 pm Sunday was to catch the end of the Patriots game and split. To my surprise, they had good Vermont beer on... tap, and given the 3 large screens behind the bar devoted to football I was lured into staying. Got soup/salad/salsa a.y.c.e.for about the same price as my 22oz bev $9. Friendly, attentive staff encouraged me to return. Read more
Ordered take out. Food was Iuke warm. Ordered steak house combo, they never included the corn on cob or garlic toast. Ordered... Cajun chicken pasta, noodles weren?t cooked all the way, pasta was cold, got garlic toast with this meal, it was soggy andcold. Ordered the molten lava cake: stone cold. Never was heated. Last three times we've tried to eat here, we were unable. First time we were told it would be a one hour wait for a table or... even the bar, so we left and had dinner elsewhere. Second time we arrived at 6:30 and were told that no one else could come in,they were closing as soon as everyone already in there was finished eating, due to staffing issues. We sat in the parking lotfor a few minutes trying to decide where to go to eat and watched as at least 15 cars came, went to the door, then got back intheir cars to go. Last night, we tried again, hardly any cars in the lot so we went in and were told 30 minute wait so we askedif we could sit at the bar but the bartender said she couldn't wait on us, that she was slammed. Again, the restaurant was halfempty. Obviously there are staffing issues here, but they're losing a lot of customers. It's going to be a while before we goback, or at least if we do, we'll have a backup plan in place. We ended up at a locally owned restaurant and had a great meal.Come on Chili's, you have to find a way to get some help in there. Some incentive, maybe? Read more
Had to call restaurant to ask them to unlock front doors at 1108. Fecal matter on toilet seat. Toilet paper roll holder was... taped in place, when I pulled tissue the holder fell open bashing my bad knee, I walk with a cane. Waitress was great, veryattentive and food was fast. We had a party of 20. Waitstaff was on their game. Drinks and orders were delivered promptly and hot. Our orders came put in... batches however we all had our meals within 20 minutes of ordering. Read more
We had a delicious meal. Fries were hot and service was top notch!
