10/20/22 11am I went through the drive through ordered a croissant stuffer a medium iced caramel coffee 4, 4, and 4 then a thing... of hash browns, they didn?t even read my order back to me as they should. I got to the window it was $8.80 and I had exact cash$5, 3 ones, 3 quarters and a nickel. I gave her the money she said I only gave her 7.41$ like I know what I counted I asked formy ones gave her another $5 I didn?t get my change and she proceeds to give me a hot coffee and I said that wasn?t mine gave mea huge attitude about it I said I got a medium iced proceeds to give me a small, I said again not mine, finally got a medium andthey didn?t even give a straw. Went inside to order as the drive thru line was backed up into the street. Stood 2nd in line and did not move for over 10... minutes before we left. There was a woman working the counter who was counting change and then went to the back behind the wallwho was talking to employees and seemingly hanging out as the inside line backed up out of the door. There was not a singleperson's order taken as we stood there, so we left. Read more

Walked in and waited ar the counter for 5 minutes. No one greeted or even acknowledged I was there. Both employees looked right... at me. Walked out after being completely ignored. Read more
There is one lady at this dunkin that makes the place run. Without her I'm in line for at least 15-20 min with super slow and... rude service. I also mobile ordered for walk in and the lobby was locked so I was forced to wait in a giant line for the drivethrough when I ordered my coffee 30 min prior. Why have the option for walk in orders when you keep the doors locked anyways? Read more

Other than occasionally over cooking a egg and cheese wrap the food and drinks are great.
