First time visiting, also being from out-of-state, husband and I figured you can't go wrong with a pizza place. I ordered pasta,... and hubby ordered pizza. I received my pasta, and we waited about 20 minutes for pizza, so I started eating, but finally husbandwent to check the hold up, and the host apologized, said it would be about 8 more minutes, which ended up being about 20 moreminutes. While observing the workers, it's notable that they are extremely unorganized, and the host kept running his fingersacross his hair, simultaneously handling money, Cash register, and the pizza, without gloves. Female staff also handled foodwith out gloves, while handling money, cash register, and delivering food to table. This is why I gave a 3 star, However, thefood was actually delicious and is a 5 star. Decent pizza, but it's such a busy, divey style place, mostly locals, and mostly local teenage (polite, but rowdy) athletes... after a game the couple of nights we went. Good kids work there, but unless you're looking for the rowdy vibe, I'd order out. Read more
Very friendly staff and environment, pretty packed already at noon, so quite popular, has an inviting casual dine in section. I... had the 14" Margherita pizza which was good. Even though the pizza looks large for one person but because the dough is very thinyou don't feel heavy afterwards, I took two slices home (which were even better the next day ????) I didn't care so much for thebalsamic dressing on it and the fact that the basil was cooked as well instead of putting it on fresh at the end. Read more
Pizza is good, the garlic knots are good. The Mozzarella sticks, you get a lot but they have a weird taste and texture, not like... Mozzarella. Ate 2 and the rest went into the garbage. Parking is terrible. Read more
One of the best tasting pizzas I?ve had in my life! Tasty crust and even tastier toppings. We had the meat lovers pizza and the... spicy buffalo chicken one. My only suggestion is to take the pizza out from the oven 2 minutes earlier and they will be PERFECT.The bottom and edges of both our pizzas were burnt. But as I said, they tasted incredibly well despite this mishap. We just hada lot of waste. Read more
Nice atmosphere. Nice bar. Lots of beers on tap. Not many pizzerias in the area have beer available that I know of. Friendly... indoor seating. Outdoor seating in the summer. Easy 15 min parking in front for takeout. Picture doesn't really give the pizzaany justice....you had to be there... "Stuffed Pizza" White w/ sausage, roni & onion Very good. I know pizza, I've made pizza ina wood fired brick oven. Its the best flavor. Oh, did I mention they have beer? Nothing like a pizza and a pitcher. Read more
They've got a bar right next to their slices. Coming from NY where I've never seen such a thing before. Glorious! Their pizza... is good too. Nice thin crust, you can taste the oven flavor in the crust. Got the BBQ chicken pizza. I think it had bacon on ittoo, strange but good! Next time I'm in Bennington I'm hitting this place again for sure ???? Read more
