The workers weren?t friendly at all. I couldn?t even stand at the counter because of an employee?s hygiene issues smelled... horrible. The subs were gross and way overpriced. Waited 20 minutes for three subs. The floor and counters were grimey andnasty. The workers are super immature and gossiped about nonsense the entire time we were trying to order. Not a cleanestablishment and needs employees who work and not just lounge around and do nothing while there is a long line. Read more

It is not easy ordering online; the website isn't that great. But the sandwiches were worth it. Fresh, full of meat and... veggies and ready on time, as ordered. If they improved the website ordering experience it would be 5 stars for me. Read more
I wanted to place an order for delivery last Friday. The restaurant wasn't listed in Doordash anymore, so I called to ask if... they still offered delivery. The employee who answered the phone struggled to understand and answer my questions, and theiranswer boiled down to "I don't know." There was no attempt to find out or ask a manager. He suggested I place a delivery orderon the website. The website is awful. I looked up the location but the site didn't specify whether delivery was available. Thesite was, for some reason, very slow, and difficult to navigate. You can only order six items, but you aren't informed of thisuntil you try to add another. I placed an order for pickup as the site and the store both couldn't confirm whether delivery wasavailable. We ordered four sandwiches and two personal pizzas. This location doesn't make the pizzas - so why are theyavailable on the ordering menu? Instead they made us two identical cold footlong subs with pepperoni, provolone, and slices ofmozzarella cheese to replace the one pepperoni and one plain cheese pizza. The two kids who were expecting personal pizzas werevery upset. Two of the sandwiches were made as ordered, and two were missing ingredients that had been requested while alsohaving extra ingredients that hadn't been requested. This is one of my kids' favorite local restaurants, but every order Iplace when not in person turns out wrong. There's no communication from the store when they have questions or changes on anorder, and they don't know if they offer delivery or ever will again. I'll just make my own subs at home or go to one of theseveral places in town that make excellent ones - Martin's and the Benmont store are consistently great. Nice place to stop easy parking and the shop and bathroom were clean. Staff was efficient in getting my sub made quickly and as... I described. Only downside is price over $10.00 for a foot long sub (Ouch). Read more
If I'm paying $9 for a chopped salad, it would be great if it was a CHOPPED salad. When I asked for it to be chopped, since I... ordered it... chopped, and put in the online order notes "please chop", the employee refused and was rude about it. I may aswell go buy the ingredients and build it myself since I'm doing all the prep work anyway.??????? Who would even choose not tochop entire slices of salami on their salad? Man common sense...
