My 58 year old grandmother and I were in Bennington driving around apartment hunting. We did not go in anywhere, or even get in... proximity of anyone. We reluctantly decided to grab a quick taco. That night, we both got extremely ill. This was about 3 daysago.. Today we are both battling severe food poisoning and RSV. She is in the hospital being closely monitored but Dr's arewarning that we might want to say goodbye. I am so sick I can't even go see her. Never ever ever eat from this place. The Drnotified the department of health and safety and CDC as there may be criminality involved I guess (?) Anyway, pray for us. Mygrandfather died of covid and she has been through so much already. Anytime I go there I know to plan 30 to 45 mins because they take a long time. My order is always wrong I only order 2 hard... tacos with just meat,cheese & sour cream and a Pepsi Read more

Not sure how this location is so badly mismanaged. Service here is always abysmally slow. Drive through tends to at least 5-10... minutes per car, even when it isn't busy, regardless of how many employees are there.Have had underfilled tacos and burritos onmore than one occasion as well The only good thing I can say here are that the employees have always been friendly. Waited from 9:40 till 10:10 which wouldnt have been a problem, it was kinda busy. But i ordered 5 things and but only got 4. My... fault for not checking the bag but they called out my order, so i trusted them. Closed now. So i overpayed for a Cordidacrunch. Such is life. Good try. Read more

Food took forever which was understandable, new employees on thier second day in the kfc side I get that no problem at all I... will be patient however, what I don't get is when the taco bell side had employees who where not new. They where about 6 to 8orders ahead waiting for the rest of the orders to go out that people where waiting on to go out. They had all the orders "done"on the counter, this wouldn't be a problem if the orders where not now getting cold, gross, and I can only imagine how manywhere not even correct like ours was not even close to the customization my husband had paid the difference for, so hedefinitely wouldn't eat it, side note my husband really is not a picky eater by any means but when it comes to certain textureshe just can't get past it. I have been in tough customer service positions on the employee side before so I am probably one ofthe most understanding and nice customers that you could have and even I was just appalled at it, instead of seeing how deep youcan burry your co-worker at least do yourself and the store some hassle and make the food correctly, because mistakes can takelives in the food industry, also its going to save you the hassle and possible trouble/ annoyance of having to remake the food.Just take the time and put your all into your job, if you don't love it change it there are options out there... Things are improving at our local Taco Bell. Last I reported you couldn't order after 7pm but that has changed. Still no online... ordering for Taco Bell. Not sure about KFC. Will not give more than 3 stars until they accept online ordering. It's not 2010anymore. Read more

Awesome friendly employees. Me and my partner were hitching through town with our dogs and they brought out water and a piece of... chicken for each dog. And let us fill our water jugs before leaving. Also the food was well made and not sloppy at all. Greatexperience. Read more

Never experienced a worse taco bell. Don't bother. They didn't take my order, sat at the drive thru speaker for minutes just... waiting and asking into the speaker if anyone is there. Then they tried to charge me more than the price advertised after I hadto go inside. I took a picture. They advertise 5.49, charge 7.50. Beyond unprofessional staff. Read more
