Ordered online so the order was written directly from the website meaning there was no miscommunication. I ordered 1 large pizza... with garlic Parmesan sauce & chicken. After 1 hour, the wrong order completely was delivered. I called the restaurant and toldwhoever answered that my order was completely wrong and asked if they could send me out a new order. The worker then told me itwould take an additional 40 minutes for 1 pizza to be delivered?but before they could do that, I had to send a picture for proofthat I received the wrong order. So I sent the photo because I apparently messed up the order somehow. Not once was an apologygiven or even the option for my 1 pizza to be delivered a little earlier then 40 minutes. I?ll never order from this dominosagain. And I will be telling everyone about the lack of concern from the workers for their customers. Read more
My first time at this particular Domino's and the pizza, wings, cookie/ brownie and service were all good.
Pizza was well made. Although they did not do the option I selected to pick up the pizza inside without having to speak to... anyone/wait in line which Dominoes is offering now on online orders. Read more
No problem ordering through the app. Driver called to get directions. He doesn?t understand the directions because English is... obviously a second language. Asks if I will text him. His phone isn't text enabled. I call the store and the person who I spokewith says "ok. I call driver. Let him know." Well, I know that won't help much. When we get a driver whose first language isEnglish, we get our order in a timely manner. If our driver whose first language obviously is NOT English, we always have aproblem and it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get our order after the app notifies me that the order is out for delivery. quality of their food has definitely improved over the past few years. however, my order is never made the way i?ve requested -... which is to be well done. i?ve always had to ask them to put the pizza back in the oven so the slices aren?t flimsy. Read more
Wow what can I say this domino?s is amazing. Every time I order online or at the store the people are so helpful. For example... Without me asking the store manager always tell me about there new deals or new item that newly came out. Also the quality ofthis domino?s is so much better than any other dominos in the area. WORST PLACE EVER!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I have been waiting for 2 hours for my pizza and called multiple times. I called them... at 6:30 to order a pizza and the pizza came at 8:30. I called them and they kept saying ?it?s coming in 10 mins, it?s on theway.? The quality of the food isn?t good and the people are really unprofessional. This has happened multiple times and I wouldnot recommend to buy pizza from here at all unless u want a bad pizza and want to wait 4 hours. UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. Read more
Took over an hour and a half for a small order to arrive. I contacted the manager to ask for assistance and he hung up on me.... Food arrived lukewarm. Awful experience. Read more
