Worst experience booking an event space ever! They tried to cancel on us a month before the event after invites already went out... saying they are renovating and they wont have the kitchen open and then they came back and said okay we can do it just for yourevent after we got upset with them.. When i voiced my concerns about the situation the manager was so unprofessional and actedlike he was doing me a favor .. when at this point we were concerned about the quality of service / food if they were openingjust for us amidst construction with their main kitchen down??? We mutually agreed to continue with the event and then we tryto reach out again 2 weeks prior to finalize meal selections and discuss details for place settings.. no answer.. no callbacks.. no email responses from our contact there. We had to change venues literally last minute under a 7 day notice and endedup paying double what we expected to somewhere else. We had faith in this place because how long they've been in business but iguess we should have taken note to their declining reviews. I was going to get married there,but covid happen and that pushed everything back. Then my fiance died this year ,So i was... calling to try n get a refund. But i keep getting the run around by the manager named Dot. So i have still been calling sincethe end of February. I need to talk to the owner so we can resovle this issue. Read more
My Best friend had her wedding there tonight. The food was good! Everything was perfect until the staff came out and started... cleaning off the tables. A young girl who shouldn?t even be working yet, removed my drink from my hand and said your done withthis right? I couldn?t believe it. The one girl made us move the flowers on the table so she could remove the tablecloth. This all happened an hour and a half before the party was supposed to end. They even took everything off the head table. Ittakes a lot for me to complain, but this was totally unacceptable!!! We had Easter dinner at Annabelle's. The food was satisfactory but absolutely Not Italian, much more like a roadside diner. What... Italian restaurant has No Olives?? It's the ambience that left much to be desired. We sat in a dark, dingy room with notablecloths. The huge, bright, opened, room next to ours had tablecloths, 30 empty tables and about 10 people. No reason tokeep us out. The waitress was a poor dear girl who didn't have a clue to anything. I blame the management for hiring her. Atone point she ran through the restaurant uproariously laughing and screaming. This place is old, tired, dark, dingy, anddesperately in need of a makeover or teardown. Awful experience. My birthday party of 65 guests was just held here and we were harassed the entire night by the manager Frank.... He was beyond unprofessional and ruined the event. They shut down an OPEN BAR an hour early due to the use of ?too much?alcohol. What an absolute joke. Never have I heard of such a thing. The bartender even agreed that management was lying aboutthe amount of bottles used throughout the night. Truly a disgrace of an establishment, management is nothing but awful people.After the event, we reached out to event coordinator asking to get in contact with the owner, only to find out we had beenBLOCKED by them. Says a lot about the type of people who are running this place. If you want to have a good time, stay far, faraway from this place. Read more
We held our sons 16th birthday party there. He wanted a dance party with his friends, and Fishers suggested renting out their... Club Atlantis! What an event! The staff there is fantastic! They make every one feel like family and you are in their home. Thefood was tasty and plentiful! The kids had a fantastic evening! Thank you to everyone!
